The Unlimited Jobs Plan is intended to provide clients with extensive flexibility and comprehensive access to our services. Notwithstanding the designation “unlimited,” this plan is subject to a fair use policy to safeguard the quality, reliability, and availability of services for all clients.
Standard usage under this plan is expected to remain within 25 to 30 submissions per calendar month. Should a client’s usage consistently exceed this threshold, ClearForm Energy Services reserves the right to conduct a formal review of the client’s account.
Following such a review, ClearForm Energy Services may, at its discretion:
Implement a surcharge for usage exceeding agreed fair use limits, calculated at £150 per additional submission beyond the fair use threshold;
Require the client to upgrade to a bespoke plan with terms and fees commensurate with the higher volume of submissions;
Temporarily restrict or suspend service if usage materially impairs service levels for other clients.
Notification Procedure:
Clients will be notified in writing if their usage approaches or exceeds the fair use limits. A grace period of 14 calendar days will be provided for the client to manage usage or discuss plan adjustments. Continued excessive use beyond this period without agreement on terms may result in surcharges or service restrictions.
We encourage clients with anticipated volumes significantly beyond the standard fair use range to engage with us proactively to arrange a tailored service agreement.
This policy ensures equitable resource allocation and the continued delivery of high-quality service to all clients.
